Weekly Workouts

The only way to get better at running is to practice! Join our weekly workouts designed to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices. Feel free to join us each week, even if your goal isn't eventually running races. Each session includes a variety of exercises tailored for young participants, fostering both fitness and fun.

When are our weekly workouts?

Mondays (5-6PM) 
Wednesdays (5-6PM) â€‹
Saturdays (9-10AM) at Artesani Park, 1171 Soldiers Field Rd. for a Distance Run

  • During the school year, our Saturday run moves to 8-9AM 

Additional Information

- Weekly emails are sent with updates regarding location and if we have to cancel due to weather. To ensure you are on the email list, please reach out to RRT via email below or via our contact page. 
- Please ensure each athlete is wearing fitness appropriate clothing and sneakers, and has a water bottle. 
- Frank offers rides to athletes who may be in need of transportation, however you must let him know at least 90 min in advance. You can reach Frank at 781-801-6751.
